The Chinquapin Rental Home has everything that you are looking for in a Vacation Rental Home at the Lake of the Ozarks. With 6 bedrooms and two living areas containing pull out couches, this home can easily sleep 20. Along with a place to sleep at night you will be enjoying additional space for fun, people, toys and parking. A 3 well boat dock compliments this homes great cove location and also offers a large swim platform. A martini deck which sits on the edge of the property looks out across the lake for a cocktail after a long day on the lake, a family bbq, or relaxing in the hot tub which sits near the martini deck.
The Chinquapin Lakefront vacation home has two entrances, the first enters through the upper level kitchen, the second provides access to the upper level living area. The upper level of the home contains a full kitchen with stove and separate broiler as well as an electric cooktop. The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a breakfast bar which seats 4. The dining room has an 8 person table and sits next to the large expansive living area with a queen size sofa sleeper, electric fireplace and TV/DVD combo. Both the living area and dining area overlook the lake through large windows are sliding glass doors. The uppper level also contains 3 bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and private bathroom. The additional two bedrooms in the upper level also contain king size beds and share a hallway bathroom
The lower level of the home contains a second full kitchen with stove and down draft cooktop. The kitchen area is separated from the lower level living area by a breakfast bar which seats 6. The living area has a sectional sofa with a queen size pullout bed as well as a large TV with DVD player as well as an electric fireplace. The lower level of the home also contains a game room with a pool table, felt card table and stereo. There are also three bedrooms in the lower level, one of whcih contains a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom contains a full size bed with a private bathroom that also has a hallway entrance. The third lower level bedroom contains 3 sets of bunk beds (6 beds) as well as its own private bathroom.
Four of the six bedrooms have sliding glass doors which overlook Chimney Cove and exit onto either the deck or screened in porch. A hot tub is located just outside one of the bedrooms on the lower level deck. The lowere level deck contains a short walkway which leads down to teh huge 3 well boat dock complete with swim platform and open slips available for your use. There is ample parking for 6 cars in the driveway directly behind the home and space for additional trailer/RV parking in the adjacent grass lot which is connected to the main drive approaching the home.
The inside of the home is adorned with vaulted pine ceilings, 2 full kitchens, down draft cooktop, electric fireplaces, chandeliers, game room, screened in porch w/ ceramic tile and more. The home also features, a wet bar, wood floors, huge deck, central vacuum, dishwasher, garbage disposal, icemaker, microwave, trash compactor.

"We came together from November 20th through the 25th for our family Thanksgiving. We traveled from Kansas City, Arkansas, Albuquerque, Chicago, North Carolina, Fort Worth and one all the way from Ireland. There were 22 of us strong. While we were here we played games, ate, did crossword puzzles, ate, watched football, ate cooked, ate, hot tubbed, ate, sat at the fire, ate, played football, ate, celebrated a 60th birthday, and ate. We loved how spacious the house is. There was plenty of floor space. We like that there was an upstairs and downstairs family place so that our stay-up-laters didn’t keep up our wake-up-earliers. LOVED the hot tub! Enjoyed the fire circle deck as the temperature was a bit cold. The two big kitchens and three ovens helped so much. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much."

"We traveled up here from Weatherford, Texas. We have family in Eldon, so we thought this was a perfect location for us to stay; close to family but not surrounded every minute! While here, we watched many movies, Santa brought and played games, pool, and puzzles. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved the 2 separate floors! The kids could go to bed while the adults stayed up! Wonderful! We even hosted Christmas dinner here. There were plenty of plates and containers to put leftovers in. What a well stocked house! Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay!"
