Cimarron Bay joins together the look and feel of a lakehouse with the modern conveniences of a new home. Equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and all of the utensils you need to prepare a small feast. The two story window allows for a perfect view of the deck and lakefront area which features a working waterfall, that exits into the lake. This home provides everything you need to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks in style and comfort.

Upon entering the home you are immediately drawn to the expansive two story window which overlooks the 19 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. The upper level entry area features a master suite with private bathroom and two additional rooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with two futon bunk beds.

The lower level of the home contains the kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room and living room with a queen size pull out sofa sleeper. The dining room table seats up to 6 people and sits adjacent to the sliding glass doors which exit into the huge lakefront deck. The lower level also provides access to the second master suite which also has its own private bathroom complete with a jetted tub and shower.

The massive lakefront deck contains a four person table as well as additional chairs to sit and enjoy the lake. A short walk down a lighted concrete path provides access to the one well dock with swim platform as well as attached picnic table. There is covered parking in the form of a two car garage and additional space for two more cars in the driveway of the home.
